As our services are digital and customized to meet the unique needs of each client, we do not offer returns or refunds once work has begun or images have been delivered.
However, we understand that your satisfaction is important, which is why we provide the following policy regarding revisions, satisfaction guarantees, and the process for addressing any concerns.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which are custom digital creations using AI technology (such as AI-generated influencer images), we do not offer refunds once the work has begun or images have been delivered.
Once a project is started, the creative process begins, and it is not possible to “return” digital services.
2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with the images and services we provide. To this end, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with unlimited revisions (within the scope of the original project brief). This means that if you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments until the final product meets your expectations.
Please note:
- Revisions must be requested within a reasonable period after receiving the initial images.
- Revisions must align with the initial project scope and your original request. Major changes that deviate significantly from the agreed-upon project may incur additional charges.
3. Revision Process
If you’re not satisfied with the delivered work:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the images with a detailed explanation of what you would like revised.
- We will work with you to make any necessary changes and ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverables.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event that:
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified time frame (7 to 14 days).
- We do not honor the scope of the work as defined in the initial agreement, and a mutual resolution cannot be reached after multiple revision attempts.
Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to support@aiphotographyagency.com within 7 days of receiving the final delivery. In such cases, we will evaluate the situation and may issue a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the work completed up to that point.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider after the work has been delivered, we may suspend or cancel any further work and take necessary actions to resolve the issue. We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing a chargeback or dispute.
6. Digital Nature of the Service
Due to the digital nature of our work, once images are delivered electronically or any part of the project is completed, no physical product can be returned. Therefore, refunds are not applicable for services rendered or completed work.
7. Delivery of Work
Once the final images are delivered to you, either via email, download link, or other means of electronic transfer, you accept the final product as complete.
